To prepare for a session
Intention
This is the most important thing to do before a session. Set your intention. Repeat to yourself as often as you can "I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self".
Pay attention to your dreams. Is your Higher Self already trying to connect with you, passing you messages, making you aware of things to come, things to ask, feelings, emotions, memories.....?
Do you already meditate or enjoy walks in nature. Spend this time connecting with your Higher Self and visualising a really good session.
A QHHT session is very much like a deep daydream.
List of questions
Prepare a list of questions. As many as you like, in order of importance - if there are too many we might not have time to address them all. If the idea of questions is unsettling don't worry I have some standard questions and during the interview we will be able to think of what you would like to address. The questions can be about anything at all - from life and family issues, to spiritual and metaphysical questions. It is helpfull if you can email them to me a few days before your session.
Videos
Spend time perusing the QHIN channel on my QHHT information page and watch as many of the videos as you can.
Healing
Remember I don't heal you - I am only the facilitator to help guide you on your journey. The healing is from you to you and likewise the information that you recieve is from your Higher Self to you. I am not advising you in any way, only bringing you to the level of awareness where accessing this is easy for you. But it is important to know that you are responsible for your own healing and for acting on the information that is given to you. Part of the technique involves listening to your session as many times as possible afterwards. I recommend that you listen to it and make notes on it and the time on the recording where you are talking about which pieces of information. This will enable you to listen frequently to shorter parts of the session and not the whole two hours each time
Eating
Don't come to your session hungry. The session can last anything from 3 - 5 hours so make sure you have had a good breakfast. Try to limit your coffee consumption and don't have too much alcohol the night before.
Privacy
Your session is a private affair. Guests are not invited nor welcome. By all means share your recording with you friends and family later but don't invite them to participate. Also make sure you have listened to your recording beforehand in case you get any surprises.
Recording
Feel free to bring a recording device such as iphone. I will email you a copy of my recording after the session or you can bring a usb stick to take home with you.
Driving
It is recommended that you don't plan on a long drive after the session. And certainly don't listen to your recording whilst driving home.
